Order Processing 🚚

Each piece at Sparkle store  is thoughtfully handcrafted. Orders typically take up to 7 days to prepare before dispatch, especially for our handmade crystal beaded bags. If the item is already in stock, we aim to ship it within 2 working days. In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 5 working days depending on order volume or material availability.

Shipping Options

We currently offer two delivery methods:

  • India Post: An economical option that reaches most locations within 7–12 business days.
  • Express Shipping: A faster option that delivers to most pin codes within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, based on your location, order value, and chosen method.
  • India Post starts at ₹55 — a budget-friendly option for most destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges in the case of damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving the product. You'll need to ship the item back to us within 5 working days of receiving it.

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you still wish to return the product:

  • You must cover the shipping cost both ways.
  • The item must be unused and sent back within 2 working days.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order enters production or packing and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays Notice

We usually dispatch all orders on time, but as a small business, we rely on courier partners for delivery. While most shipments are delivered smoothly, some may face delays due to courier-related issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us — we’ll escalate it and assist you promptly.

If the courier confirms your package is lost or returned, we will issue a full refund. Otherwise, please allow up to 20 working days (excluding public holidays) for final delivery.
