📦 Order & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most items are handcrafted and may take up to 7 days to prepare. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 days depending on order volume or availability.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer:
• India Post (₹55 onwards): 7–12 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order enters production or packing and cannot be cancelled.
Do you take Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
No, we don’t. COD orders are often refused by customers, and we bear losses due to courier charges, COD fees, and return costs. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
What if my payment failed?
You can retry by visiting the Orders page and clicking “Pay”. For repeated issues, contact us via WhatsApp or call (refer Contact Us page).
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Use it to track your shipment in real-time.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, contact us. We'll follow up with the courier. If lost or returned, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Can I return a product if I no longer want it or if delivery is delayed?
For change-of-mind returns, both-way shipping costs must be covered by you. Items must be unused and returned within 2 working days. If approved, we'll refund minus original shipping cost. Courier delays do happen (~10% of orders); we’ll assist in escalating. If confirmed lost, a refund will be issued.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photo/video proof. Ship the item within 5 working days in unused, original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind: you pay both ways. For damaged or incorrect items: we’ll assist after verification.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from return approval or cancellation.

Do you share my information with others?
No, except with trusted providers (e.g., payment gateways, couriers) for order fulfillment. We don’t share data for marketing.
Are my details safe?
Yes. We use encryption, secure servers, and best practices, though no system is 100% foolproof.
Can I request my data to be updated or deleted?
Yes, email us to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data.
